It is so easy to get lost. Everyone needs some "White Space" where they can do something which stimulates their soul on a different level. Napping and chores just don't hack it. I Blog and Run and it keeps me sane (I also find this combination of extra-curriculars very cost-effective). This is a great article with a very practical point.
