		<description>The fact that Thanksgiving is essentially &lt;em&gt;non-denominational &lt;/em&gt; takes a lot of the &quot;sting&quot; out of the holiday that exists for those of non Christian faiths. In fact, it becomes more inclusive. It is also not about gift giving; it&#039;s about appreciation - about &quot;thanks&quot; giving - and lends itself to welcoming people into your home, sitting around a table, and sharing. That&#039;s as good as it gets.
