Arizona! Yeah, you have to know that I’m going to invoke the image of Bella here from Twilight I used to live in LA but since I moved to colder climbs I’ve grown to love it. BTW, I’m slightly annoyed that whenever anybody mentions Arizona or The Pacific Northwest, all I can think of is stupid Twilight! Arghhhh! can’t get it out of my head. Oh, well. LOL

Looks like fun, although I have to admit I don’t envy the snow. I do realize that it’s beautiful and wondrous, but I prefer our sunshiny weather. The past few days it’s been in the 50s and 60s…and that suits me just fine for winter weather. Can you tell that I’m an Arizona Girl, through-and-through?

Beth, thanks for the comment! That sounds like fun. The hill we went to yesterday was not quite as steep as I like, but it worked out pretty well.

What you guys need are a couple of flexible flyers. Old fashioned runners that you wax down a little and you are indeed flying. You steer the flyer with your feet and you can wind around, skid, whatever. But mostly, you just FLY! We have two of them parked in our garage here in SC… yeah, SC. Every year we have exactly one decent snow and my kids will go to the steepest hill they can find and let me tell you… the speed is a little breath taking.
