National Park Service Junior Ranger Activity Book

By: Keith

This is the Junior Flight Ranger Program booklet that the National Park Service gives to kids who visit Kitty Hawk.  It beats an Applebee’s place mat.  Click over the image to see the entire booklet in PDF version.  Have fun!

We’ve been to NC numerous times, but never went to Kitty Hawk. I think we’ll have to add it to our list of places to visit. We have two connections: my Dad claims his family is related to the Wright Bros. and my oldest ds served on the USS Kitty Hawk.
I’ve printed out the work book and gave it to my younger ds. His response: “Sweet Mom, thanks!” with a hug included.
    Thanks Keith for sharing.

EVO: You’re welcome! Yes, Kitty Hawk is a must visit national park. Also, right down the street, is Jockeys ridge state park that has the highest sand dunes on the East Coast which the kids love rolling down!
