Gord: LOL, It's challenging but not impossible. I've put up a bunch of other workouts too. My other ones have videos with them which might help a little :-) Let me know how it goes, and good luck!

Dude, that 15 minute workout is insane. I think it would take me 20 minutes to get 200 jumping jacks.
But I do agree about the mindset change and the defense/offense plan. Thanks for the motivation!

I agree that "the real change happens in your cranium." Fitness has so much to do with attitude, motivation, and drive. I run (what you would consider to be a jog probably...) for exercise and so much of it is mental. If I focus, I find that I can almost always run farther and faster than I think I can. ;)

Also, I'm okay with cutting out the alcohol, candy, and white bread...but cheese? That's a deal-breaker, for me. We eat lots of cheese around here - on salad, enchiladas, lasagna, etc. I love the stuff.

Thanks, Brian. The Wii fit is pretty awesome. Have you tried the new wii fit? Game informer gave it a pretty good review, so I'm curious how people like it compared to the old one.

Great post, Keith! I never got into Yoga until my wife bought us a Nintendo Wii with the Wii Fit (pressure-sensitive yoga board and game). It's a great way to have fun while learning yoga, plus it tracks your weight, BMI and progress towards your goals. I highly recommend it for people who want to try yoga for the first time. It has kept me much more interested than a DVD would do. Thanks for the 15-minute workout guide. I'll have to remember that one. Merry Christmas Eve to you, your family and your loyal blog readers! :)
